If your book arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to ensure a smooth and hassle-free exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Books Villa account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Books
Carefully place the books in their original packaging or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent spine damage or corner bends during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested replacement within 5 business days.
